more than 20 years of international experience and over a decade in the HR field, held prominent positions in major corporations like Adecco, Sutherland, Convergys, Concentrix, and HCL Technologies. Victor has provided HR services and scaled technology hubs across several continents and numerous multilingual locations through acquisitions or building new locations from scratch. Through our work and knowledge, we aim to transform businesses and people.
